Images from the Jacobus Kapteyn Telescope, La Palma
As part of the newly-created Isaac Newton Group of Telescopes Heritage Project I have been asked to process images taken by the Jacobus Kapteyn 1 metre telescope at La Palma. The purpose of the Heritage Project is to build an archive of high-quality pictures of famous deep sky objects that can be used for reference and publicity purposes. The following images are pictures taken using the ING JAG (JKT Acquisition and Guiding Unit) attached to the JKT. Special thanks to Javier Mendez Alvarez and ING for supplying the images.
